We are seeking a dedicated and self-driven full time (Entry-level) Field Sales Representative to play a pivotal role in our mission to ensure top-notch medical equipment quality across hospitals by facilitating delivery of medical devices in need of repair. As a crucial link between cutting-edge medical technology and healthcare institutions, you will embark on a journey that involves cold-calling and driving to hospitals, fostering strong partnerships, and achieving sales goals and bonuses while contributing to the vital aspect of patient care. Role & Responsibilities:

  • Travel to medical facilities (primarily hospitals) to pick up equipment for repair and conduct face-to-face commercial meetings with existing and potential new customers
  • Assess customer needs through profiling questions
  • Solicits customer feedback on prior repair services; inquires about new repair and equipment needs for sales representatives
  • Responds to queries about company products and services
  • Builds and maintains effective professional relationships with clients
  • Provide clients with status updates on orders
  • Ensures full customer satisfaction
  • Gain detailed knowledge about the company's products and services
  • Responsible for meeting ISO 9001 and/or other quality system requirements in their department
  • Other duties as assigned in support of customer service and sales activities

Requirements:

  • Ability to take initiative and problem solve
  • Ability to make cold calls (within the hospitals)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to present oneself as well as the company in a professional manner
  • Proficient in the use of a personal computer and Microsoft Office Suite
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills required
  • May be required to sit/drive for long periods of time
  • 80% travel (driving during the day)
